These Mobile Messaging Terms ("SMS Terms") describe the terms of CherryRoot's text messaging (SMS/MMS) program. By opting in, you agree to these SMS Terms.
Program Description
CherryRoot may send recurring marketing text messages (such as promotions and product updates) as well as transactional messages (such as order and shipping updates) using automated technology to the mobile number you provide.
How to Opt In
You can opt in by entering your phone number at checkout or on our website and checking the box to receive SMS messages, or by texting a keyword we've provided to our SMS number. By opting in, you consent to receive automated marketing messages at the phone number provided. Consent is not a condition of any purchase.
Message Frequency & Cost
Message frequency varies depending on your interactions with us. Message and data rates may apply. Contact your wireless carrier for details about your plan.
How to Opt Out
Reply STOP to any message to unsubscribe at any time. You will receive one final message confirming your opt-out. You can also email info@cherryroot.com to be removed from our SMS list. Opting out of marketing messages does not opt you out of transactional messages related to an order you've placed.

Carrier Disclaimer
Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages. We do not guarantee delivery of any SMS message.
Eligibility
You must be at least 18 years old, a resident of the United States, and the account holder or an authorized user of the mobile number provided in order to opt in.
Florida Telemarketing Notice
CherryRoot is based in Florida. If you are a Florida resident, you have certain rights under the Florida Telemarketing Act, including the right to request that we stop contacting you; you may exercise this right at any time by replying STOP or emailing info@cherryroot.com.
Privacy
We do not sell or share your mobile number with third parties for their own marketing purposes. See our Privacy Policy for more on how we handle your information.
Changes to These SMS Terms
We may update these SMS Terms from time to time. Material changes will be posted on this page at least 30 days before they take effect.
