Subscription & Cancellation Terms

This page explains how CherryRoot's "Subscribe & Save" subscription program works, and how to change or cancel your subscription at any time.

In Plain English

When you choose Subscribe & Save at checkout, you'll receive a new shipment automatically every 4 weeks at 20% off the one-time price, until you cancel. You can pause, skip a shipment, change your quantity, or cancel completely — anytime, with no fees and no phone calls required.

How It Works

By subscribing, you authorize CherryRoot to automatically charge your payment method on file and ship a new order approximately every 4 weeks, at the subscription price shown at checkout, until you cancel.

Managing Your Subscription

You can pause, skip, change the quantity of, update payment or shipping details on, or cancel your subscription at any time by logging into your account and visiting "Manage Subscription," or by emailing info@cherryroot.com. Changes made at least 3 days before your next scheduled charge will apply to that upcoming order; changes made after that may apply starting with the following order.

Price Changes

If we need to change your subscription price, we will notify you by email at least 14 days before the change takes effect. You may cancel at any time before the new price applies.

Failed Payments

If a subscription payment fails, we may retry the charge over the following days. If payment continues to fail, your subscription may be paused until you update your payment information.

Refunds on Subscription Orders

Your first subscription shipment is covered by our 90-day money-back guarantee; renewal shipments may be refunded within 30 days of delivery. See our Refund Policy for full details.

Eligibility

Subscriptions are available to customers who are at least 18 years old with a valid U.S. shipping address within our service area and a valid payment method.

Changes to This Policy

We may update these subscription terms from time to time. Material changes will be posted on this page at least 30 days before they take effect.
